Natracare Super Maxi pads do not contain synthetic materials, plastic, chemical additives such as binders or surfactants, fragrances, polyacrylate super absorbents or dyes and because of the natural materials used; they are over 95% biodegradable and compostable.
Natracare Super Maxi pads are thicker than Ultra pads but give the same great performance. The soft, fluffy, absorbent core, made from totally chlorine free pulp, quickly absorbs the menstrual fluid and locks it away so that the soft cover allows your skin to breath whilst at the same time keeping you dry.
The Super Maxi pad is suitable for medium to heavy flow.
